Haven Lunch Group

This group therapy session is open to adults ages 18+ who identify LGBTQIA+, including as folks who are trans, non-binary, who are questioning their gender identity, who are asexual, and who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, and who have a queer sexual orientation of any variety.

We will meet online via telehealth (using a platform similar to Zoom). We meet every Friday starting on March 11^th (with signup closing on March9^th). This is a closed group, meaning we will meet together with the same people over our 6 sessions. This allows for the bonding and connection that makes group therapy so fun and effective!

The themes discussed each week in this group include a variety of topics that are related to queerness, gender, sexuality and identity, with an emphasis on the fun, the positive, and the joyful. It can feel so good, and so relieving to have a safe place to talk openly with other people who can relate!

The cost of attendance is $35 per session, or $210 for the series. May be paid in installments or upfront. Sessions cannot be purchased individually, this group is available as a series only.

Group is online, on Fridays at noon. You are encouraged to attend as many of the group sessions as possible to get the most benefit! If unforeseen circumstance prevent Nicole from leading a scheduled group, a reschedule date will be offered.

LGBTQIA+ Teens Group

This group therapy session is open to teens ages 12-17 who identify as LGBTQIA+, including as folks who are trans, non-binary, who are questioning their gender identity, who are asexual, and who are gay, lesbian, bisexual, pansexual, and who have a queer sexual orientation of any variety.

We will meet online via telehealth (using a platform similar to Zoom). We meet every other Tuesday at 4 PM starting on February 22^nd (with signup closing on February 18^th). This is a closed group, meaning we will meet together with the same people over our 6 sessions. This allows for the bonding and connection that makes group therapy so fun and effective!

The themes discussed each week in this group include a variety of topics that are related to gender, sexuality and identity, with an emphasis on the fun, the positive, and the joyful. It is especially important for young people to have access to peers who share their experiences, and it can be both relieving and protective to have a safe place to talk openly with other people who can relate.
