Living outside the heteronormative-cisgender norm can be isolating and comes with unique challenges, and finding a therapist who truly feels affirming can be harder than it should be.  If you’ve felt misunderstood or dismissed by other “LGBTQ-friendly” counselors, or if you’re just looking for a space where you can be yourself without explanation, I’m here to offer that.

Whether you're processing your identity, dealing with the complexities of coming out, navigating relationships, or need support with transition goals (like a letter for Hormone Replacement Therapy), this is a space for you to be heard, respected, and supported.

As a therapist, my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about your experiences and work toward your goals, whatever they may be.
