Couples & Relationship Therapy: Deepening Connection, Strengthening Trust

Relationships are at the core of our lives, and they can be both deeply fulfilling and deeply challenging. Whether you're feeling disconnected, struggling with communication, or navigating a significant transition, therapy can provide the space to slow down, reflect, and strengthen your connection.

I am trained in PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy), a method that integrates neuroscience, attachment theory, and emotional regulation to help partners develop secure, resilient relationships. PACT focuses on building on the love and connection you already have to create a relationship that feels safe, supportive, and deeply fulfilling.

I work with relationships of all types, including couples and marital therapy, family therapy for parents and children, and polyamorous relationships in all their configurations. Going to therapy with another person—especially for the first time—can feel vulnerable, and that’s completely understandable. Letting someone witness your most important relationships up close is an intimate experience. But it can also be a powerful, healing, and constructive step toward making sure your relationships are as strong, fulfilling, and supportive as possible.

When we work together, my goal is to create a safe, productive space where you and your loved ones can explore challenges, improve communication, and grow together. If you're ready to deepen your understanding of each other and build a more secure, connected relationship, I’m here to help.
