Relationship Therapy
I am trained as a PACT therapist, a specific type of couple’s therapy that focuses on building on the love and connection you and your partner have to develop a more secure functioning relationship.
I work with relationships of all types, including family therapy with parents and children, couple’s or marital therapy, and polyamorous configurations of all types. Going to therapy with another person or people for the first time can feel really scary and vulnerable, and that’s understandable. Giving someone else a front row seat to your most important relationships can feel very intimate! It can also be an incredibly healing, helpful, and constructive way to make sure that you and your loved ones are able to enjoy your love and connection as deeply as possible. When we work together on your relationship, I focus on creating a safe, constructive environment to learn and grow together.
